Abstract

У роботі розглянуто проблему інтеграції технологій Digital Twin (DT) та Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) у промислових кіберфізичних системах. Показано, що HIL і Virtual Commissioning традиційно застосовуються переважно на етапах розроблення та введення системи в експлуатацію, тоді як Digital Twin орієнтований на синхронізацію з фізичним об’єктом, моніторинг, діагностику, прогнозування та оптимізацію під час експлуатації. Сучасні дослідження демонструють перехід до повторного використання моделей Virtual Commissioning у складі операційних цифрових двійників, однак недостатньо формалізованим залишається керування співвідношенням фізичних і віртуальних компонентів упродовж життєвого циклу системи. Запропоновано lifecycle-adaptive архітектуру DT–HIL, у якій єдине модельне ядро повторно використовується в режимах Model-in-the-Loop, Software-in-the-Loop, Hardware-in-the-Loop, Equipment-in-the-Loop та Operational Digital Twin. Архітектура містить фізичний і керувальний рівні, детермінований Real-Time HIL Plane, Unified Model Core, Synchronization and Calibration Layer, Digital Twin Information Plane, сервісний та lifecycle-рівні. На основі попередньо напрацьованих технічних матеріалів деталізовано моделі сенсорів та актуаторів, механізми часової синхронізації, буферизації, контролю цілісності даних і адаптації параметрів. Формалізовано конфігураційний стан DT–HIL системи та багатокритеріальну задачу вибору раціональної конфігурації за точністю, затримкою, обчислювальною вартістю, ризиком і часом реконфігурації. Запропоновано методику Verification, Validation and Uncertainty Quantification та дизайн порівняльного експерименту для перевірки архітектури без підміни майбутніх експериментальних результатів припущеними числовими значеннями. Підхід узгоджується з розвитком ISO 23247, зокрема з положеннями щодо digital thread та композиції цифрових двійників.
