Observations conducted among medical workers indicate a high risk of psychosomatic disorders in units of increased professional stress compared to those doctors whose narrow specialization is not associated with high stress. Psychosomatic deviations were studied for three years of martial law in medical education applicants in the specialty "Anesthesiology and Intensive Care" during extensive hostilities with the involvement of anonymous questionnaires. The indicators of the global distress severity index, the total number of identified symptoms and the index of symptomatic existing distress did not cross the boundaries of foreign and domestic "fence points" in all respondents. The result of the analysis of the responses of students and interns demonstrated a slight excess of all subscales of the results of observations of other researchers in the general group of medical students, but they were inferior to the results of the group of students at increased risk. However, all the results obtained in the younger groups did not reach the average limits. In the medical environment with a certain length of work experience, the indicators on the subscales of "anxiety" and "additional symptoms" exceeded the average general level and progressed with increasing length of work. The urgent problem of today is the development of valid psychotherapeutic programs and their implementation in work with medical students in the specialty "Anesthesiology and Intensive Care".References
