Abstract

the article analyzes the peculiarities of the formation of corporate culture of multi-branch technical higher education institutions on example of Dnipro University of Technology. It is established that the issue of corporate culture formation is considered relevant today due to the process of globalisation, the impact of stochastic public processes and changes in the interaction between different groups of stakeholders. The basis of the formation of corporate culture in such institutions is the identification of common values, first of all for the internal group of stakeholders - academic staff. The value prerequisites for the formation of corporate culture in technical higher education institutions are substantiated. A study of the value portrait of an employee of such higher education institutions is carried out. The peculiarities of corporate culture formation are determined. It is noted that corporate culture promotes understanding of the mission and vision of the institution and stimulates the achievement of strategic goals. It is established that corporate culture is a new requirement for multidisciplinary technical higher education institutions that has recently emerged in the information society. It characterises the university as a competitive market entity, as well as the centre of its traditional, historically formed humanitarian criteria, ideas and mission. It has been proven that the transition to heterarchical models of management of higher education institutions provides an increase in the efficiency and flexibility at all stages of cooperation in the institution. Heterarchy, in contrast to traditional hierarchical structures, involves more flexible and democratic principles of organization. They allow maintaining the main advantages of hierarchical systems, such as clarity of roles and responsibilities, but at the same time reduce the distance between management levels, ensuring greater openness, transparency and participation in decision-making processes. Such an approach contributes to strengthening interaction, the formation of partnership relations between different groups of stakeholders and a quick response to changes in the environment. In addition, it reinforces the importance of openness, transparency and participation in the management process of each individual, which contributes to the increase of staff motivation and the development of a common corporate culture.
