Features of the application of time management methods in the manager's work

The article reveals a clear idea of the theoretical and methodological foundations of modern time management and provides recommendations for effective management using time management methods. The analysis of literary sources was carried out and the views of foreign and domestic scientists on the rational use of time were described. The understanding of the concept of «time management» is generalized and the advantages and disadvantages of some measures are established, which may require more time to control the rational use of time, better planning and more time resources for priority important matters. It is established that time management can be organized. The conducted research repeatedly emphasizes the importance of proper personal time management of the manager. A range of problems that prevent proper management of working and personal time are highlighted. The need to master time management skills help managers to correctly prioritize their work, increases their results and focus, and effectively manages business processes. It is noted that the Kanban system (Japan), the Tomato technique (Italy), the Pareto principle (Italy), the ABC analysis (USA), the use of Microsoft Exchange and Server Outlook are effective in managing the organizational support of work processes. Characterized, recognized by foreign practitioners, time management techniques and systematized methods of time management will definitely be reflected in the manager's management habits. The specified time management methods allow time to work efficiently and effectively, but time needs to include new and improved electronic tools and computer programs aimed at saving time. So, methods of optimal organization and time reservation are substantiated, which ensures work processes to use time effectively and achieve success in the work of the manager.
