The theoretical and methodological foundations for developing effective employee interaction as a systemic result of managerial influence are substantiated. Interpersonal and group interactions are characterized not only as socio-psychological features of a team but also as an integral indicator of the realization of a leader’s potential and the maturity of their managerial competencies. The essence of leadership determinants in management is revealed as a set of behavioral, communicative, motivational, and emotional-regulatory factors that define the nature of coordination of joint activities, the level of trust, cohesion, and employee engagement. The impact of leadership styles, situational flexibility, decision-making abilities, and emotional intelligence development on the formation of a productive socio-psychological climate within the organization is analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the effectiveness of group interaction is determined not only by formal managerial mechanisms but primarily by the quality of leadership behavior, the leader’s ability to empathically perceive others, provide constructive feedback, and support a partnership model of communication. The rationale for integrating competency-based and behavioral approaches in the process of managerial influence is provided, which ensures alignment of individual and group goals and enhances organizational performance. It is concluded that the development of interpersonal and group interactions among personnel requires the systematic implementation of leadership practices focused on balancing tasks and relationships, thereby creating conditions for sustainable organizational development and increased competitiveness.References
