Abstract

Economic development must always take into account the specifics of enterprises and regions in the national structure and economy, extrapolate the main directions of economic reforms to the regional level, comprehensively develop local self-government, entrepreneurship, economy, solve intra-regional social problems and issues. nature protection and rational use of natural resources. At the same time, with the strengthening of the regional focus of economic reforms, measures are necessary for the spatial integration of the Ukrainian economy, the implementation of a strict national tax policy, the strengthening of the all-Ukrainian market along with the development of regional markets. For individual regions, the development of social state regional programs and funding from the state budget is necessary. First of all, this applies to regions with exceptional natural resources that are beyond the power of local self-government bodies, as well as the most economically backward regions with extreme natural conditions. Enterprises must regulate production processes, organize economic relations, focus on the formation of a rational structure of the economy, use of local resources. It is necessary to improve approaches to the definition and implementation of the system of interests of regional development subjects in the process of implementing the strategy, which, unlike the existing ones, are focused on the use of tools for monitoring community interests and providing feedback in the processes of strategic management of the region. To systematize the key functions of subjects-carriers of economic interests in the formation and implementation of the strategy of regional development. Therefore, the main tasks of economic development in the conditions of the formation and development of market relations are to ensure a high level of well-being of the population of each region, the gradual equalization of the standard of living, and the elimination of excessive contrasts in social conditions.
