Abstract

The article examines the gender dimension of innovative entrepreneurship in Ukraine. The study reveals the importance of creating favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship among women in the context of socio-economic development. It emphasizes the importance of gender equality as a key factor in economic growth and innovative development. It analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by women entrepreneurs, as well as their potential to create a significant impact on society and the economy. The article calls for further research and action to support innovative entrepreneurship among women, including analysis of existing programs and policies, as well as the development of new initiatives to support women's entrepreneurship. Recently, the issue of gender equality and equal opportunities for women and men has been of increasing interest, even in developed countries where there is a trend of feminization. However, with the advent of new technologies and the transition to the online format, the issue of gender equality is once again relevant in the context of new economic challenges, such as the development of creative industries, digitalization and automation, which lead to the growth of unemployment and inequality. The processes of industrialization and informatization must be accompanied by the creation of a civil society in which relations between the sexes are of key importance. This requires reconciliation of moral, traditional and corporate norms with legal ones. In this system, the importance of norms that regulate gender relations is increasing. The organization of social life taking into account the gender aspect and the development of public organizations with a gender orientation require the attention of the state and the creation of relevant legal norms. Overall, the article offers a perspective on the role and importance of women's entrepreneurship in creating a stable and prosperous society.
