Justification of the prospects for the development of integrated entities in the agriculture of Ukraine

Abstract

One of the key problems of Ukrainian agriculture, which limits the possibilities of strategic development, effective use of resource potential, and innovative modernization, is the problem of structural disorganization of inter - sectoral interaction of agricultural enterprises, processing enterprises, lack of systematicity in the management of this process. The article analyzes ways of obtaining financial results of agricultural formations in Ukraine and their improvement. Many of them have achieved good results during their work, which confirms the advantages of large-scale production. It is claimed that the problem of the further development of complex formations can be solved within the framework of the scientific concept, according to which complex formation is a modern form of concentration of production, which most fully meets the requirement of accelerated transfer of agriculture to the path of intensive development. The implementation of this concept allows you to mobilize organizational reserves to increase the efficiency of integrated formations. The main tools of the mechanism of its implementation are considered: increasing the level of cooperation and concentration, creating service centers and specialized production units, reducing the number of middle managers, increasing the level of work organization and the quality of management due to informatization. It is proposed to speed up the pace of creation of associations and strengthen their established reserves to establish certain financial benefits, to review the procedure for enrollment in local budgets, to ensure the development and examination of projects for the creation and development of new united units. In the conditions of a multi-system economy, the development of globalization processes, the structural imbalance of territorial management is manifested in the disproportion of the levels of development of the links of the production and value chain and the non-equivalence of inter-branch exchange, institutional restrictions on the development of the competitive environment of local agro-food markets, the degradation of social infrastructure, as well as the inconsistency of the structural parameters of the development of territorial agriculture are target orientations of agrarian policy at the macro level.
