Features of the innovative development of the organizational and economic environment of corporate integration associations

Abstract

The research is devoted to summarizing the current state of innovative development of the organizational and economic environment of corporate integration associations, identifying its features and determining the factors affecting this process. In particular, the definition of the essence of the "corporate integration" category was clarified, which reflects the sustainable interaction between corporations at each stage of the production process – from development to the sale of products. Several criteria for distinguishing forms of corporate integration and, in accordance with them, the forms of corporate integration were identified. Also, the author's understanding of the essence of the concept of «corporate integration association» was formed as a group of interconnected integrated production corporations and companies that jointly do business under the leadership of a single center. The study revealed that corporate integration associations (CIAs) can be classified according to two main characteristics. First, it concerns how members of associations depend on each other. Second, it includes consideration of functional specialization within the network topology. The main characteristics of the essence of corporate integration associations in the modern organizational and economic environment were highlighted and characterized. Identified characteristics and features pointed to efficiency of this form of management in modern market conditions. The definition of the organizational and economic environment of corporate integration associations is given, as a set of economic, legal, social and political conditions in which the processes of association and integration of companies or organizations are carried out. This environment includes various factors and features that affect the deployment and success of corporate integrations. Also, the content of the organizational and economic environment of CIAs has been specified, highlighting its important elements, influencing factors and features. The necessity and importance of taking into account certain elements, factors and features of the organizational and economic environment of corporate integration associations in order to achieve common goals and the success of the association is substantiated. The understanding of the essence of the innovative development of the organizational and economic environment of corporate integration associations, which consists in the constant introduction of new ideas, technologies and methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these associations, has been improved. Therefore, the key aspects of the innovative development of the organizational and economic environment of CIAs were determined. In addition to the aspects of innovative development of the organizational and economic environment of CIAs, its main elements were proposed. The identified aspects and elements of the innovative development of the organizational and economic environment of CIAs were presented in the form of a conceptual model. Such a model made it possible to determine the features and determinants of the innovative development of the organizational and economic environment of CIAs and to see that they can be quite diverse, depending on the specific context and conditions in which such organizations operate.
